Finding a good auto repair facility is always a concern, especially when the unexpected happens.  One important thing to remember is to look for the ASE Certification.

Car owners and the service and repair industry alike regard the ASE certification as the standard measure of competency and a guide to quality auto repairs.  ASE has taken their responsibility one step further by offering a recognition opportunity for highly qualified repair facilities, which allows them to showcase their techmicians and thier commitment to excellence.  It is called the Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program. TLC has been continuously awarded this elite status for the last 12 years, and we continue to strive to maintain the highest standards in both technical ability and customer service so you can be assured that both you and your vehicle are receiving the best care available anywhere.

Warranty

All our repairs are covered under our exclusive 24 month/ 24,000 mile warranty unless otherwise stated.  Should you be in need of warranty service, you must first contact our facility. We will repair or replace any defective component at no cost to you.

We cannot warranty work that is not performed by our facility, nor reimburse you for work performed at another location.  This warranty does not include liability for towing, car rental, or expenses incurred due to loss of use of the vehicle.

All old parts are available for your inspection, and you are welcome to take most of them with you at no charge.  Some parts must be returned to our suppliers for remanufacturing, but you can also obtain these albeit with an additional charge.
